You may copy the contents of the phone book
and the system’s configuration files to your
PC, either for back-up purposes or for use in
other 150
MXP
systems.
However, back-ups are useful only if you can
load them back into the unit. Consequently,
this feature may also be used to install certain
configuration settings. Centralized systems
like TMS (TANDBERG Management Suite) may
utilize this to reset the system to default e.g.
every evening. This is described overleaf.

In your internet browser type in the IP number of your TANDBERG system. This will produce the below display.
Click here to access the file handling routines.
This will produce the following display:
Right-click on System Parameters or Directory, select
Save target as...
, and save the file(s) on your PC.
