Setting the maximum speed
Preparation Turn the trimpots to left limit stop..
Choose a locomotive for programming (by
inserting jumpers).
Starting the
programming mode Only necessary after having switched off the
voltage supply:
In order to change into the programming
mode, hold the push-button pressed while
switching on the voltage supply for approx. 1
second. LED 1 flashes and the locomotive
starts shuttle operation from its starting track.
Setting the maximum
speed By turning trimpot 1 you alter the maximum
speed.
Saving the settings By pressing the push-button you save the set
maximum speed. Please note: The settings can
only be saved when the locomotive approaches
the starting station. For that reason you have
to keep the button pressed until the LEDs 2 to
4 start to flash quickly. HELIOS shows taking
over the settings by the LEDs 2 to 4 flashing
slowly.
Changing to making
further settings or
finishing the
programming mode Change the jumpers´position and press the
button anew or
Switch off the voltage supply in order to finish
the programming mode.
