Do not expose the brake module to high ambient temperatures or direct sunlight. Observe
the information on the maximum operating temperature in the technical data.

Regularly check the operational safety of the brake module, e.g. for damage to the
connection cables.

If you notice damage or if malfunctions occur, disconnect the connection to the power
supply immediately. Send the brake module in for inspection.
