CHANGING FUEL NOZZLE AND ELECTRODES

Annually or every  750 hours (or more often if fuel quality is poor) the fuel nozzles and elecrodes should be 

changed.  To change, follow this procedure:

Check/adjust electrodes

Check the electrode tip settings. Adjust if necessary to comply with the dimensions shown. 

To adjust, loosen the electrode clamp screw and slide/rotate electrodes as necessary. Securely 

tighten the clamp screw when finished.
