MAKING AND ANSWERING CALLS
If you have direct line access enabled, you will automatically access an outside
line. To place an intercom call or to access features indicated with a
S
, first dial
.
Calling an outside number
1. In Idle mode, dial 9 ( 0 in some countries) or 81 – 88 to get an outside line.
This is not required if you have direct line access, which automatically
chooses an outside line.
2. Dial the phone number, and then press the Green Phone key.
If an access code is configured for your extension:

Calling an extension
You can call a local extension, remote extension, ring group, general voice
mailbox, or a VoIP number within a TalkSwitch VoIP network.
1. In Idle mode, dial the extension number, and then press the Green
Phone key.
Calling a voice mailbox
You can leave voicemail without ringing the user’s extension.
1. In Idle mode, dial + extension, and then press the Green Phone key.
