Troubleshooting
1. Power failure, power indicator not lit
a) Check if the speaker battery is low. Please charge the speaker and try
again.
2. No sound when inserting a USB flash drive
a) Check if the music files are in a compatible format. Some file formats may
not be supported by the speaker's decoding board.
b) Poor compatibility of the USB flash drive. Try formatting the USB flash
drive and copying the music files again, or use a different USB flash drive
for playback.
3. Distorted sound or speaker distortion
a) Check if the volume is set too high, exceeding the speaker's capacity.
Adjust the volume to an appropriate level.
4. Decreased volume during wireless playback
a) Check if the music being played has any issues.
b) Verify that the volume on the phone or the wireless playback device is
properly adjusted.
c) Disconnect the wireless playback connection on the device and restart
your phone or smart devices. Then, reestablish the wireless playback
pairing.
2. Multiple Speakers in Series: Keep the serial switch on the first speaker in
the raised position while pressed on all the other speakers. You can record
all the speakers' sound on the last speaker. If any of the speaker (except the
first speaker) have its serial switch in the raised position, the speakers
connected after it will not produce sound.
