Exhaust Pipe Installation
a. Pass an exhaust pipe through the frame, insert it into
the cylinder head, and loosely tighten two nuts.
b. Fix the exhaust pipe temporarily to the frame with a
bolt. At this stage, put a packing between the frame
and the exhaust pipe.
c. Insert the muffler into the exhaust pipe, and fix it to the
frame temporarily with a bolt.
◇
Tighten fully the temporarily- tightened portion and
the muffler joint bolt.
Tools : 10mm spanner

Align the hook of the seat on the fuel tank and the
frame, put the bolt in a hole in the frame, and fix it with
a nut.

Carburetor Installation
◇
Check that an O-ring is attached to an inlet pipe.
◇
Attach the inlet pipe to the cylinder head with two bolts.
Tightening torque : 10N

Cover
◇
Attach the crank case left cover with three bolts.
Tightening torque : 10N

Fix the front fender with four bolts.

Final Checking

Check bolts and the like ranging from those on the
engine to those on the suspension for slack.
◇
Turn the cock on, and drive the engine for about five
minutes to warm it up.
