OPERATION
①操作方法
各パンチに合ったホックをセットして、生地の取付位置を決め、ペダルを当たり止めまでしっ
かりと踏みこんでください。
①How to Operate
Set the snap parts on each die, upper and lower. Determine the foot pedal forward
until the foot bar knocks the end stopper.
②調整
基本的には調整は不要です。
基布厚み約 1 mm 〜2.2mmまで無調整で対応できます。
※図 5 のように薄い基布にホックを取付ける場合、ホックがカシメ不足を起こす可能性があり
ます。このときは付属のシムリングを図 2 のキャップホソ用ダイスの下に置いて調整してくだ
さい。
ボルト・ナット等を不用意に緩めることは、安
全、性能上悪影響を及ぼすことになるので絶対
ゆるめないでください。
②Punch Adjustment
This machine requires no pre-adjustment
for punching as long as it is applied on
the material with compressed thickness
from 1mm to 2.2mm.
※ When attaching thin material, snap
may not be completed fastened as per
Fig.(5). In such case, put enclosed
washer between the lower die and the
machine base to adjust the punching
stroke.
This machine is made of precision parts.
Please do not loosen bolts or nuts on
machine unnecessarily.
It may cause unsatisfactory punching
result or may fail to assure the safety
function.
