Installation

This chapter describes how to install the T801-4 in a standard 19 inch rack 
or cabinet.  It also provides some general information on safety precautions 
and site requirements.

Important

Before installing the T801-4 in the rack or cabinet, make 
sure that the links on the system interface board have been 
set correctly for your system.  Setting these links requires 
the removal of the top cover.  Refer to 

“Setting the Links 

on the System Interface Board” on page 50

 for more infor-

mation.
