Changing Your Radio’s Settings

Changing Subaudible
Signalling Settings

(Advanced

Menu)

Note: Subaudible signalling may not be
available or modifiable on your radio.

To change the signalling used on a channel:

Long press the menu key to enter menu mode (if the
radio displays a submenu option, press the clear key
to enter the main menu).

Scroll through the main menu options using the
arrow keys until

ADV SETTINGS

is displayed.

Scroll through the advanced menu options using the
arrow keys until

PROGRAM SIGNAL

is displayed

Press the menu key to enter signal programming
mode.

SPGM

is displayed in the top left-hand corner.

Scroll through the available channels using the arrow
keys until the channel you wish to change is
displayed, then short press the menu key.

The display will show the first in a series of signal
labels, for example

SIG 1:

Your system manager or the person who pro-
grammed your radio will know what values corre-
spond to these labels.

Scroll through the available signal labels until you
find the one you want, then short press the menu
key to confirm your selection. The next channel will
then be displayed.

Long press the menu key to exit the menu.
