Directions for use
This product is designed for parallel bars competition and training use.
Description of adjustment: as shown in the figure below, first raise the
handle (see the figure below), and then adjust inner tube to achieve the
purpose of height adjustment.
At the same time, rotate the lock device and the elbow to achieve width
adjustment, to ensure that the height of four inner tubes and the width of the
two rails coordinate well.
