Selecting the installation type

You can safely choose the Default Install option rather
than the optional Custom Install option. But since your
VIPER is SPARC-compliant, you can choose any of the
Solaris software options presented to you.
1. If you want a default Solaris software installation, make sure

the Default Install radio button is checked and click Next.

2. If instead you choose a custom Solaris software installation,

respond appropriately to any additional questions you see
about the software you choose to install.
