Putting a call on hold:

If Exclusive Hold is defined at your station, then pressing Hold causes an exclusive hold state
such that the call can only be retrieved from your station. See

Retrieving a call from on hold:

Any member of the ELA Group may press a flashing

key, provided that the Exclusive Hold feature was not

activated for the call (see

Breaking in to an ELA call:

Any member of the ELA Group may break-in to a call by pressing the lit

LINE

key, provided that the Privacy feature

was not activated for the call (see

ELA Groups: Exclusive Hold on page 116

). Both parties hear a break-in warning

tone before you join the conversation.
