T-Mobile myTouch 3G User Guide

Working with Pictures

Use Gallery to view pictures, edit them, and share them with friends.

To view and browse pictures

•

Open a Gallery album, and then touch a picture.

Opening albums is described in “Opening Gallery and Viewing Your Albums”
on page 170.

•

Turn the phone to view the picture in upright (portrait) or sideways
(landscape) orientation.

The picture is displayed (but not saved) in the new orientation.

•

Touch the picture to view the navigation, zoom, and other controls.

•

Touch the magnifiers to zoom in or out. Drag the picture to view parts that are
not in view.

•

Touch the left or right arrows to browse to the previous or next picture.

To watch a slideshow of your pictures

•

When viewing a picture, press MENU, and then touch

Slideshow

You can control the pace and other slideshow settings as described in
“Changing Gallery Settings” on page 177.

To rotate a picture

When viewing a picture, press MENU, and then touch

Rotate

Touch

Rotate left

Rotate right

The picture is saved with the new orientation.
