T-Mobile myTouch 3G User Guide

To use shortcuts for links, phone numbers, and addresses

Browser can recognize links as well as some phone numbers, addresses, and
similar information, as information you may wish to act on directly, rather than, for
example, copying and pasting into another application (as described in “Editing
Text” on page 35).

•

Touch & hold a link to open a menu with shortcuts for opening, bookmarking,
saving, and sending the link via email.

•

Touch a phone number to open the Dialer with the number entered.

For more information, see “Placing and Ending Calls” on page 62

•

Touch a street address to open it in Maps.

For more information, see “Maps” on page 153.

Working with Multiple Browser Windows

You can open up to eight browser windows at once and switch among them.
