Plug in to network

Wait for startup scripts. (~6 seconds after plug in, then will see penguins and scrolling & static
text.) Takes 1-2 mins.

Displays splash screen:

Pulls latest docker container down
f.
Starts the docker container and starts application
g.
Displays PIN

Authorize GCHub
a.
Log in to GCR with NTID
b.
Enter PIN
c.
GCHub now ready to accept devices
