The centre loudspeaker should be set up
immediately adjacent to the television set.
To avoid interference problems the centre
speakers in the
range are equipped
with magnetically shielded drive units.
If your primary interest lies in top-quality
high-end stereo sound, the front speakers
should be high-end loudspeakers, and in
this case the other surround speakers can
be smaller units and still give good results.
However, for the centre unit you should
always ensure that the speaker’s drive
units are magnetically shielded.
Our loudspeakers are carefully matched in
terms of sound quality, ensuring that they
harmonise well as a surround set.
surround components can be
integrated into your Hi-Fi system to form
an expansion of that system. In this case
nothing is changed in the signal path of
the stereo Hi-Fi signal; the signals are
simply looped through the decoder
unchanged.
Setting up the active sub-woofer is
straightforward: it can be positioned
anywhere in the room, although the ideal
location is in the front of the room.
To exploit the spatial acoustic effects to
the full we recommend that you set up the
sub-woofer in one corner of the listening
room. However, please note that it should
always be set up close to a wall.
