The luminaire defaults ON.
When power is applied to the luminaire the LEDS should turn on to full brightness. The dim signal
should be at 10 VDC and the luminaire power should be full power across the Line to Neutral or Line to Line for 208 and 240VAC.
Phase to Phase power is supported, however the controller only switches one phase.
