Installation

Mechanical Interface

Physical dimensions of the SE 2223/3223 are shown in

. Mounting holes for both

products are on the bottom surface of the zinc die-cast chassis. One of the three mounting
holes is in the same location as the SE 1200. SE 2223/3223 mounting holes are also
illustrated in these figures.

The SE 2223/3223 is resistant to the shock of drop for up to 2000 Gs. If the shock level is
anticipated to be above 1000 Gs, the use of shock mounts is recommended.

The SE 2223/3223 scan patterns are two-dimensional. The height of the exit window must
take into account the vertical component of the pattern. See

window height specifications.
