Providing Power to the Terminal

 

Power can be provided to the PPT 41xx through an AC Adapter 
plugged into a standard electrical outlet, or through the use of a 
rechargeable NiMH (Nickel Metal Hydride) battery pack. 

 

Note:

 

If using a rechargeable battery, be sure to fully charge the 
battery before powering on the terminal. (See 

 

Charging 

the Battery Pack

 

 for instructions.)

 

To connect power to the terminal through the AC Adapter:

1. Connect the AC Adapter plug (p/n 50-14000-015 for 

220VAC, or p/n 50-14000-016 for 110VAC) into the power 
jack on the bottom of the terminal.

2.

 

Plug the adapter into the electrical outlet.
