Serial Communications Using the Cradle

 

To perform serial communications using the cradle, do the 
following:

1. Connect the AC Adapter plug (p/n 50-14000-13 or 

50-14000-14) into the cradle and the adapter into the 
electrical outlet.

2. Connect the cradle to the host computer, printer, or 

modem, using a suitable cable. See the System 
Administrator for the appropriate cable.

3. Place the terminal into the cradle, and perform the 

communication steps as determined by your application 
software.
