Install the left crankcase cover (with stator coil) 
Connect the generator wire connectors. 
Route the neutral switch wire through the groove in the 
left crankcase cover. 
Install the left crankcase rear cover. 
Install the gearshift pedal. 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

STARTER MOTOR 
REMOVAL 

Disconnect the starter motor wire connector. 
Remove the starter motor attaching bolts. 
Remove the starter motor.
