ASSEMBLY INSTUCTIONS
STEP # 1-2
STEP #1
Attach the (1) front
leg
to the
base
using (2) 5 1/6” x 3” bolts, (2) 3/8” nut spacers, and (2) 5/16” lock nuts.
(See Diagram A) NOTE: Direction of cross member on legs
STEP #2
Attach the (2)
wheels
to the
base
using (2) 1/2” x 3 1/2” bolts, (2) 1/2” washers and (2) 1/2” lock nuts.
NOTE: The washer is placed in between the wheel and the base.

extra length
to the
base
using (2) 5 1/6” x 3” bolts, (2) 5/16” x 4” bolts (2) 3/8” nut
