Outgoing message
The answering machine is provided with two, pre−recorded outgoing messages (OGM). Both pre−
recorded outgoing messages can be replaced by ones of your own.
When Answer and Record mode is activated, the outgoing message
OGM1
is used, when
Answer Only mode is activated, outgoing message
OGM2
is used.
As soon as your own outgoing message is recorded, only that version is played.
When the answering machine memory space is full, the outgoing message of Answer Only mode
is automatically played.
Language of outgoing messages
You can change the language of the pre−recorded outgoing messages on the answering machine.
There are 4 languages available for selection.

Speak your message clearly and distinctly into the microphone on the base unit (at the front of the
unit) or on the handset. On ending the message, it is played back.
