Editing entries
1. Press Menu , then select . Use to scroll through the list to find the
entry you are seeking, and press the softkey under
Option
.
2. You have then the following options:

Call Number
Dial a number from the phonebook
 Edit Entry
Modify a name or number

View Entry
Show details of a number

Copy entry*
To copy one entry to another handset

Copy all*
To copy all the entries to another handset

Delete Entry
Delete the entry

Delete All
Delete the entire phonebook

Capacity
Check how much space is left for storing entries
 Speed Dial
You can assign up to 8 numbers to the number
keys

Speed dial
You can assign your most frequently used 8 numbers to the number keys 2
to 9. To make a call using speed dial, press and hold the relevant number
key.
Assigning speed dial keys
1. Press Menu , then select .

and press OK to confirm.
