Add new entries in the phonebook
• In idle mode, select
Phonebook
and press
OK
.
• Press softkey Option .
• Select
New entry
and press OK .
• Enter the desired name and press the Navigation key

for further input options.
• Press OK to save the entry.
Edit phonebook
• In idle mode, select
Phonebook
and press OK .
• Select the desired entry using the navigation keys

or enter the first letter of
the name.
• Press the Talk key to call the number or press the softkey under Options and
select a function from the list:
- Call Number
- New Entry
- Edit Entry
- Delete
- Quick Dial
– Allocate 3 entries to the quick dial keys.
- PB Transfer
– Copy phonebook to another handset.
Quick dialling
You can allocate your 3 most used numbers to the 3 available quick dial keys.
Programming quick dial keys
• In idle mode, select
Phonebook
and press OK .
• Select an entry from the list.
• Press softkey Option , select
Quick Dial
and press OK .
• Select the desired quick dial key and press OK .
If a key is already occupied, you will be asked if you want to overwrite the content.
Press
Yes to overwrite or No and select another quick dial key.
Calling a quick dial number
To call a quick dial number, press the corresponding key. The programed number is
called.
