REPLACEMENT
Install the cutter motor assembly in the reverse order.
NOTE! Apply Loctite 242 on the cutter motor assembly securing screws
4.3.6 Presenter module
1. Remove the cutter motor assembly (see 4.3.5)
2. Remove the two front screws on the underside of the printer. See
Figure 12. Presenter module securing screws
3. Remove the two nuts and screws (MRX 3x18 mm) fixing the upper chute half to the
front of the printer housing. Save the two plastic cylinders.
4. Cut the cable tie fixing the presenter sensor leads to the printer front.
5. Remove the presenter module.
NOTE! It is also possible to remove the presenter module and the other modules
simultaneously. Just cut all cable ties, remove the screws and nuts holding the upper
chute half, and remove all eight screws on the underside of the printer. Then slide all
modules out of the printer housing.
REPLACEMENT
Install the presenter module in the reverse order.
