PROBLEM SOLVING

 

This appliance was inspected thoroughly and was in good operating condition when it was 
shipped from the factory. If a minor problem occurs, it can usually be solved quite easily. 
Therefore, this checklist is provided for your convenience. 
 

P R O B L E M   P O S S I B L E  

C A U S E   P O S S I B L E  

Cleaner Won’t 

Run 

 1.  Not properly plugged into outlet. 

2.    No electricity in wall outlet 

3.    On/Off switch not turned on. 

4.    Motor thermostat tripped. 

5.    Blown fuse/tripped breaker. 

1.   Plug in firmly. 

2.  Reset the circuit breaker or 

replace the fuse. 

3. 

Push on/off switch to on. 

4. 

Remove blockage and allow the 

vacuum to cool down. 

5. 

Check fuse or breaker & reset. 

Cleaner Won't 

Pick Up 

1.    Full or clogged dust-bin. 

2.  Wrong pile height setting. 

3.    Clogged nozzle or dust inlet port. 

4. Blocked hose – Check behind 

inspection door (No 19 page 4). 

5.  Broken belt. 

6.    Hose not inserted fully. 

7.  Dirty filters. 

8. HEPA filter needs cleaning or 

replacing. 

1. Clean 

dust-bin. 

2. Adjust
