HOW TO USE YOUR MICROWAVE
You may change the cooking time during cooking. And it is
recommended turning the food halfway, after you turn the
food. Press Start button once to continue.
UTENSILS GUIDELINE
It is strongly recommended to use the containers which are
suitable and safe for microwave cooking. Generally speaking,
the containers which are made of heat-resistant ceramic,
glass or plastic are suitable for microwave cooking. Never use
the metal containers for microwave cooking as sparks are
likely to occur. You can take the reference of below table

DEFROSTING GUIDELINE
The following table provides a rough guide to defrosting food

Seafood 0.1 - 0.9kg 1:30 - 14:00
