RECHARGING THE BATTERY
NOTE: TURN OFF ALL SWITCHES BEFORE RECHARGING.
Recharge the battery in a well-ventilated, dry and safe area, on a raised bench.
Connect the battery charger supplied to the terminal situated on the tank base.
The battery charging indicator light on the charger shows red when the battery is being
charged and green when charging is completed.
NOTE: A full recharge may take up to 8 hours. Do not have on charge for more than 24
hours.
Battery life indicator lights on the sprayer show green when the battery is fully charged. A
yellow light indicates that the battery needs recharging. The red light along with an alarm
warning indicates work should stop until the battery is recharged.
OPERATING TIPS
NOTE: ALWAYS SWITCH OFF WHEN NOT SPRAYING.
• Fully recharge the battery after each use.
• Switch the power OFF after each use and before storing.
• Never allow the battery to fully discharge.
• Ensure hose is fitted securely before filling with liquid.
• Always ensure the tank inlet filter is in place before filling with liquid.
• Do not operate the sprayer without liquid as this will damage the valves in the
diaphragm pump.
• When using the single-hole nozzles or the fan-shaped nozzle turn the Pressure Rheostat
Knob to low.
• Never place the sprayer upside down or lay it on its side as this action may damage the
battery.
• If the unit presents a humming sound after storage or prolonged use, recharge the
battery.
• In the case of long term storage, recharging of the battery every three months is
recommended to prolong its service life.
