MANUAL
20720L
Trolley Jack, max. 680 kg
Safety advices
Read the complete manual prior to first use.
•
This positioning jack must only be used on flat and even ground. Never position the jack on
steep ground. Unintended movement could occur as soon as the jack lifts from the ground.
•
The jack has a lifting capacity of 680 kg per unit. Never exceed the jack’s maximum capacity.
•
This jack must only be used on parked vehicles. DO NOT START THE ENGINE and/or drive
with the jack in use. This jack meant to be moved manually.
•
The jack has a firmer stand as lower the lifting height of the tire actually is. Scale the height
accordingly and do not exceed the height!
•
This jack was designed for applications on flat grounds. Never try to move it about obstacles,
as small as they might appear.
•
After the lifting process, remember to put in the locking bolt before you start working on the
vehicle. When you have finished, pull the locking bolt before opening the release mechanism.
Instruction
1. Put the jack on the ground and press down the pedal to release its locking mechanism. Pull
the locking bolt out of its frame.
2. Before you start working, you have to open the release mechanism by turning the handwheel
counter-clockwise. Expand the jack far enough to fit it under your vehicle’s tire. Position it
under the tire so that both rolls touch the tire’s running surface. This way you reach the best
possible control over the jack. While expanding it to fit around the vehicle’s tire, keep your left
hand on the upper left side of its axle and your right hand on the middle of the pedal. Close
the release mechanism by turning the handwheel clockwise until it fits firmly. Now you can
start the lifting procedure.
