SAFETY:
•
Only charge the hose with the maximum permissible pressure.
•
Do not allow the automatic coiler to draw the hose onto the coiler at an uncontrolled speed.
This could lead to injury.
•
Regularly check the hose and coiler for damage. Do not connect the hose to the
compressed air system if the hose or the compressed air connections are damaged.
•
Do not use the hose to lift or pull loads.
•
The hose is only designed for being connected to a compressed air system.
•
Never lift the connected compressed air tool so that it is above the hose.
•
Faulty, damaged and worn hoses and connections must be replaced immediately.
•
Keep the hose away from heat and sharp edges and objects at all times.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
•
Screw the carrying handle to the hose coiler as shown using the supplied screws.
•
Fasten the wall bracket to a load-bearing structure as shown. For your safety, it is essential
for the wall bracket be mounted such that it is absolutely firm and secure.
•
Attach the hose coiler to the wall bracket as shown. Next, insert the supplied aluminium pipe
through the fastening holes of the hose coiler and the wall bracket. Secure the pipe so that it
cannot accidentally slide out.
•
The hose coiler is now reliably fastened to the wall and can be swivelled by up to 180° if
required.
•
Connect the inlet hose at the side to your existing compressed air system. Release the
pressure before assembly. Once assembled, check that the connection hose is not exposed
to any strain in any of the hose coiler’s positions.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
•
The hose coiler has an integrated automatic coiling and locking system. Pull as much of the
hose as you require towards yourself and then allow it to self-retract while keeping a gentle
hold on it with your hand. The hose will now be retracted until the next locking point and
stay uncoiled at this length.
•
Pulling on the hose again will release the locking mechanism and cause the hose to be fully
retracted and coiled onto the coiler.
•
If the hose becomes twisted during work, it must be untwisted before the automatic coiling
system is activated again.
MAINTENANCE:
•
Fully uncoil the hose and clean it. Do not use any corrosive cleaning agents such acetone,
ethyl alcohol, petrol, etc.
•
Release the pressure after use.
DISPOSAL:
Separate the different materials (plastic / rubber / metal) to allow them to be recycled in line with
national standards. Do not mix old oil with other waste.
