Office Lock key Enables the 15 Embedded Office Keys. By default, the function is ON.
F1 Help Opens the Help file (if any) for the active window.
F2 New Creates a new document in programs that support this command.
F3 Open Opens a document in programs that support this command.
F4 Save Saves the file in the active window.
F5 Replace Searches for and replaces the specified text and formatting.
F6 Bold Bold or unbold the characters that have been marked.
F7 Spell
Starts the spellchecking program in the active document,
if the document’s program has this feature.
F8 Bullets Adds bullets to or removes bullets from selected paragraphs.
F9 Reply Replies to the email in the active window. (For MS Outlook or Outlook Express.)
F10 Forward Forwards the email in the active window. (For MS Outlook or Outlook Express.)
F11 Send Send the email in the active window. (For MS Outlook or Outlook Express.)
F12 Task panel Shows or hides the Office task pane previously displayed. (For Office XP Only.)
Print Scn Print Prints the file in the active window.
Scroll lock Undo Reverses the last command or deletes the last entry typed or action taken.
Pause Redo Redoes the previously undone action.
