(II) Installation wall examination
A water heater has higher requirements for wall, so priorities are given to the following circumstances
during the installation:
1.
The surface for installation of a water heater shall be able to bear a weight four times as much as
the full-loaded water heater. Generally, the water heater shall be installed on concrete wall or
solid brick wall with a thickness of 24cm, and its bearing beam of steel structure can better meet
the above conditions;
2.
When the installation surface is made of low-intensity structural materials such as wood, cavity
brick, metal plate and non-metal plate (fiber board, sound insulating board and prefabricated
house plate), or the surface decorative layer on the installation surface is so thick that the joint
strength with expansion screw is obviously insufficient, the corresponding reinforcement
measure and supporting measure shall be taken, such as holders;

Holders shall be tested before installation, so as to ensure that the weight capacity of installation
holders is not less than the weight twice as much as the normal state. Meanwhile, the installation
holder must be rust proofing. Generally, consideration is given to combination of mounting
bracket and expansion bolts, or specially-made crossing bolts are used to guarantee dynamics
requirements for installation surface of brackets.
(III) Water requirement
The pressure of water inlet shall be between 0.1-0.5MPa; if the water pressure is too low, it is
suggested installing a secondary intensifier pump; if the water pressure is too high, it needs to install a
pressure relief valve;
(IV) Electricity requirement
(1)
Actual voltage frequency of the user shall be well-matched with rated voltage frequency of water
heater;
(2)
Power supply must be from independent socket, which is allowed with independent switch or
two-phase jack on the socket. Any form of mobile socket is prohibited. Grounding connection is
a must.
(3)
Position of socket should be proper. Private lengthening of power cord is strictly prohibited.
(4)
Instantaneous water heater must be installed by independent route power supply. Socket
installation is prohibited strictly. Power cord shall be fixed on air break switch;

The circuit for installation of water heater shall bear an electrical current 1.5 times larger than
