FUEL AND LUBRICATION SYSTEM

REMOVAL

Remove the trunk. (

5-4)

Remove the clamps, disconnect the thermoelement coupler

and carburetor heater lead wire

Disconnect the vacuum hose

and fuel hose

Loosen the carburetor clamp screw and remove the carbure-
tor mounting bolts.

Remove the top cap.

DISASSEMBLY

Remove the throttle cable from the slit in the throttle valve,
and then remove the throttle valve

along with the jet needle

and throttle valve spring
