REMOVAL

• Remove the cotter pin 

1

• Remove the rear hub nut by applying the rear brake.
• Remove the rear wheels.

• Remove the center cap holder

, rear axle washer 

3

 and

rear wheel hub 

4

.

• Remove the spacers left 

5

 and right 

6

.

• Remove the chain case cover.

• Loosen the drive chain. (

2-14)

• Remove the rear sprocket.

The removed cotter pin must be replaced with a new
one.
