– Device Name : this is the name of the device/module.
– Status : this column shows the current status of the device/
module described.
– Extended Status : Where a button showing STATUS is
shown, there is extended information available. These are
just totals of holdings and should not be altered.
– Reset : this column allows the user to reset any devices that
it is possible.
– Resolve : Where a button showing ‘Resolve’ is shown, there
is extended information available.
d) Starting from the top, the user should select Reset for each
module which is reported to be in an error state.
The device will reset, and if the fault is cleared, OK is displayed.
e) Select Done
.
a) In Operator menu select Clear Errors. All error files in the
window should clear.
No errors is displayed.
b) When Clear Errors is faded select Logout to return to
Customer mode.
