Chapter 1

Introduction

1-1 Overview

The SuperServer 6028U Series is a high-end server comprised of two main
subsystems: the SC829UAC(4)-R1K02 2U server chassis and the X10DRU-i+
dual processor serverboard. Refer to the Supermicro web site for information on

operating systems that have been certified for use with the system (

www.supermicro.

com

).
