When  two  X8SIT-F  motherboards  are 
installed  in  a  chassis,  it  is  possible  to 
power down one motherboard for servic-
ing while the other continues operating. 
JPEN1 allows the user to enable mother-
board 'hot-swapping', which enables this 
feature. The default setting is
