note that as a motherboard manufacturer, Supermicro does not sell directly to end-
users, so it is best to fi rst check with your distributor or reseller for troubleshooting

Question: What are the various types of memory that my motherboard can
support?
Answer:
The X8DTG-QF has 12 240-pin DIMM slots that support Registered ECC
or Unbuffered ECC/Non-ECC DDR3 1333/1066/800 MHz Memory. See Section 2-4
in Chapter 2 for DIMM Slot Population.
