Overheat (OH)/Fan Fail/PWR Fail/
UID LED
Connect an LED cable to pins 7 and
8 of Front Control Panel to use the
Overheat/Fan Fail/Power Fail and
UID LED connections. The Red LED
on pin 7 provides warnings of over-
heat, fan failure or power failure. The
Blue LED on pin 8 works as the front
panel UID LED indicator. The Red
LED takes precedence over the Blue
LED by default. Refer to the table on
the right for pin definitions.

Power Button
The Power Button connection is located
on pins 1 and 2 of JF1. Momentarily
contacting both pins will power on/off
the system. This button can also be con-
figured to function as a suspend button
(with a setting in the BIOS - See Chapter
4). To turn off the power when the system
is in suspend mode, press the button for
4 seconds or longer. Refer to the table on
the right for pin definitions.

Reset Button
The Reset Button connection is located

hardware reset switch on the computer
