Unit Identification (UID)
There are two Unit Identification In-
dicators on the motherboard. The
Front Panel UID is connected to the
Front Control Panel. The Back Panel
UID Indicator (JPB1) is located be-
tween the SCSI Channel B Connec-
tor and the VGA Connector. When
you push the UID button on the
Front Control Panel, both BP UID and
FP UID Indicators will be lit. Push
the UID button again to turn off both
indicators. These UID Indicators pro-
vide easy identification of a system
unit that may need attention.
