Unit Identifi er Switch/UID LED Indicator
A Unit Identifi er (UID) switch, located on the front panel, and the UID LED (UIDLED1), located
next to the UID switch on the motherboard, provide easy identifi cation of a system that may be
in need of service. When you press the UID switch, the UID LED will be turned on. Press the
switch again to turn off the UID LED. Please note that the UID switch can also be triggered
