This section describes the connections on the motherboard and provides pinout definitions.
Note that depending on how the system is configured, not all connections are required. The

4.1 Power Connections
ATX Power Supply Connector
The 24-pin power supply connector (JPWR1) meets the ATX SSI EPS 12V specification.
You must also connect the 8-pin (JPWR2) processor power connector to the power supply.

8-Pin Power Connector
JPWR2 is an 8-pin 12V DC power input for the CPU that must be connected to the power
supply. Refer to the table below for pin definitions.
Important
: To provide adequate power supply to the motherboard, connect the 24-pin ATX
PWR and the 8-pin PWR connectors to the power supply.
