PEG Port Configuration
Use this sub-menu to set PEG Port options for each PEG port.
Enable Root Port
Use this setting to configure the Root Port. Options include Disabled, Enabled or
Auto
.
Max Link Speed
Use this setting to configure PEG max speed. Options include
Auto
, Gen1, Gen2 or
Gen3.
Max Link Width
Use this setting to force the PEG link to retrain to X1/2/4/8. Options include
Auto
, Force
X1, Force X2, Force X4 and Force X8.
ASPM
Use this setting to control ASPM support for the PEG 0. This has no effect if PEG is not
the currently active device. Optoins include Disabled,
Auto
, ASPM L0s, ASPM L1 and
ASPM L0sL1.
De-emphasis Control
Use this setting to configure the De-emphasis control on PEG. Options -6 dB and
-3.5 dB.
PEG(#) Slot Power Limit Value
Use this setting to configure the upper limit on power supplied by the slot. The power limit
(in Watts) is calculated by multiplying this value by the Slot Power Limit Scale. Values
for this field are between 0 and 255. Use the keyboard's number pad controls to enter a
value or use the + or - keys to change the value in the field. Default is
75
.
PEG(#) Slot Power Limit Scale
Use this setting to select the scale used for the Slot Power Limit Value. Options include
1.0x
, 0.1x, 0.01x or 0.001x.
PEG(#) Physical Slot Number
Use this setting to configure the physical slot number attached to this port. The number
has to be globally unique within the chassis. Values for this field are between 0 and
8191. Use the keyboard's number pad controls to enter a value or use the + or - keys
to change the value in the field.
Program PCIe ASPM after OpROM
Use this setting to Enable/
Disable
how the PCI ASPM will be programmed. When en-
abled, the PCIe ASPM will be programmed after OpROM. When disabled, the PCIe ASPM
will be programmed before OpROM.
VT-d
Use this setting to

/Disable VT-d capability.
