Reroute Differential Vent Tube
(Passenger Side)
Front
Secure to Frame so that no
interference can occur

FRONT:
Refer to Front Assembly illustrations, page 4.
1. Raise front of machine off ground, secure with jack stands, and remove Wheels. Remove Shocks from
Frame. Reroute Differential Vent Tube as shown in Fig. 1.
2. Install Front Bracket (A) to machine and secure with M10-1.50 x 55mm Lg. HHCS (F), M10-1.50 Nylock
Nuts (K), and Spacers, 24mm Lg. (L).
3. Install Z-Bend Tie Rods (N). See Page 5.
- When installing to machine, Tie Rod Ends will install to
bottom side
of Spindles.
4. If Axles are included with kit, install at this time.
5. Determine desired lift and install Shocks to Front Bracket (A) with stock hardware or M10-1.50 x 55mm
Lg. HHCS (F) and M10-1.50 Nylock Nuts (K).
6. Tighten hardware completely and reinstall Wheels.
REAR:
Refer to Rear Spacer Locations and Rear Assembly illustrations, pages 6 - 7.
1. Raise rear of machine off ground, secure with jack stands, and remove Wheels. Remove Shocks from
Frame.
2. Remove (2) Bolts from factory Braces. See Fig. 2.
3. Install Rear Brackets (B) to machine and secure with M10-1.50 x 70mm Lg. HHCS (J), M10-1.50 Nylock
Nuts (K), and Spacers, 44mm Lg. (D).
4. Install Rear Support Brackets (C)(M) to Rear Bracket (B). Secure with M10-1.50 x 70mm Lg. HHCS (J),
M10-1.50 x 60mm Lg. HHCS (G), M10-1.50 Nylock Nuts (K), and Spacers, 29mm Lg. (E).
5. Use factory holes, in Frame, and secure Rear Support Brackets (C)(M) with stock hardware or M8-1.25 x
25mm Lg. HHCS (H).
6. If Axles are included with kit, install at this time.

Determine desired lift and install Shocks to Rear Brackets (B) with stock hardware.
Optional: Install M10-
1.50 x 55mm Lg. HHCS (F) and M10-1.50 Nylock Nuts (K) in hole furthest from where Shock is mounted.
8. Tighten hardware completely and reinstall Wheels.

Do not tighten hardware completely unless noted. Keep all components removed from machine.
If kit includes new Axles, remove necessary components in addition to those refered to in instructions below.
