5.OPERATION WITH VACUUM
IMPORTANT: Before connecting the power cord to the power source, ensure that the electrical voltage corresponds
with the requirements identified on the information plate on the vacuum cleaner.
Make sure that the flexible vacuum hose is securely attached to the vacuum pipe union and vacuum cleaner inlet.
Inspect the power cable (and extension cords) for any signs of wear or damage. Replace if necessary. Toggle the
motor switches to the “1” position to turn on the motors, and “0” position to turn them off. CAUTION: Before switching
the dust collector motors “on,” always make ensure that they are at a complete rest before energizing. Also, before
connecting the power supply, be sure the “start” switches are down.
5.1 LOCKING CASTER WHEEL
There are two caster wheels located on the front of the dust collector, one of the
wheels may be locked. Locking the wheel will prevent the vacuum from moving
and prevent possible damage or injury. The wheel should be locked on uneven
surfaces to prevent unexpected rolling or movement. To lock or unlock the caster
wheel, follow the procedure shown below.
• To lock the caster wheel, press down on the metal tab
• To unlock the caster wheel, press backwards on the metal tab protruding from
