Use either 2, 3, or 5 gallon water bottle. Distilled, filtered or mineral water is
acceptable.
Tear off the label and/or small plug from the top of the water bottle, turn upside
down and insert the bottle head into the water inlet ring on the top of the
cooler. The dispenser inlet will pierce the inner plug on the bottle.
Although the inner lines and reservoirs are cleaned and sterilized before
shipping, we recommend you flush the unit several times before use, to remove
the taste which is normal from new factory components. This will also prevent heat
damage to the internal components.
- Ensure unit is off and unplugged.
- Allow the water to drain into the reservoirs, and empty them 2-3
times each through the front nozzle, and 2-3 times through the back drains.
Before plugging in:
- Once the lines are thoroughly primed and the reservoirs are full, plug the unit into a
grounded outlet.
-Turn the hot and cold switches at the rear of the unit to the ON position.
- When the hot water supply is being heated, the red indicator light will turn on.
Once the hot water supply is heated to 90 C, the red indicator light will turn off
and you may dispense hot water*.
- When the cold water supply is being cooled, the green indicator light will
turn on. Once the cold water supply is cooled to 7 C, the green indicator light will
turn off and you may dispense cold water.
-If you desire water at room temperature, leave either the cold or hot water switch at
the rear of the unit in the OFF position.
-Turn the cold switch at the rear of the unit to the ON position
-When the cold water supply is being cooled, the green indicator light will
turn on. Once the cold water supply is cooled to 7 C, the green indicator light will
turn off and you may dispense cold water by depressing the cold water button.
-If you desire room temperature water, hold your glass underneath the
room temperature water dispensing tube and depress the room
temperature water button.
