Non-existent
address
Possible cause:
1. No receiving cellphone number was setup.
2. No receiving E-mail address was setup.
Suggestion:
1. Check the MMS settings; enter the necessary
parameters.
3919
File not found
Possible cause:
1. The system can’t find the image file when
sending the MMS. This can happen if the
system is unstable (very low probability).
Suggestion:
1. When the GSM and GPRS signal are both OK,
resend the message.
2. When the GSM and GPRS signal are poor, change
a location and try again;
3. If 1 and 2 don’t work and the error code 3919
always appears, return the camera for repairs.

Possible cause:
This will appear when a new MMS procedure is
started and the previous MMS sending is not
finished.
Suggestion:
If the device always shows 3926, 3927 or 3928,
there may be a hardware defect. Return the camera
for repair (very small probability).
