The typical voltage of VRTC is 2.8V, when VBAT is not supplied, the current consumption is about 5uA

SIM5800 has eight LDO power output, they are used for LCD, camera and touch panel, etc.
Recommend to add 33pF and 10pF capacitors to effectively eliminate the high frequency interference

VIO18_PMU:
The power supply is used internally. PMU has an output capacity 300mA. Considering the
